Here at Prestige Employment Solutions Ltd we recognise the challenges that are facing Northern Irelands SME's. 


We wrote at the beginning of the year that we have scrapped the Traditional Recruitment Fees ! to help the SME's. This means that even on a limited budget, businesses can still have our support in finding the right match for their business, allowing them to get on with what they do best and minising risk associated with Recruitment and Selection.


In last months Ezine was looked at the Impact on Employees, the recent recession has made.
For much of the year, businesses have been focused on "Cutting the Fat", often with the loss of staff it has to be said - however the impact that that loss has on the remaining employees is dramatic!  Many businesses we have been working with have reported a "Survival" attitude from remaining staff.

 ~ The shrunken workforce are often forced to take on a lot more work (often beyond their capacity)
 ~ Some staff are effected by illness, stress & worry etc as a result
 ~ The motivation of the staff is severely effected
 ~ Productivity can suffer as a result
